Return & Refund Policy (Nuvéra Cosmetics)

We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your order. We aim to make returns as smooth as possible.

Return window. You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Return costs. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia; typical return costs range $20–$40 (varies by carrier and service).
Condition. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all seals, labels and packaging intact.
Hygiene note (cosmetics). For safety/hygiene, opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or the return is required by applicable law.

How to return (3 steps)

Step 1 — Contact us. E-mail info@nuvera-cosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — Ship. After our instructions, send your parcel to the address we provide. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Step 3 — Refund. Once received and inspected, we process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After fulfilment/dispatch, please follow the return process.

Damaged/defective items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll make it right in line with your legal rights.

Exclusions

  • Gift cards and final-sale items (if marked as such) are not returnable.

  • Opened/used skincare or cosmetics are not returnable for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

Customs/duties on returns. Any customs or import fees related to your return are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund if billed to us.
